Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not allowed, and entry or refunds will not be permitted in such cases.
Minors are not allowed to stay or share rooms without the consent of a legal guardian.
Upon check-out, please separate food waste and trash and dispose of them in the designated area.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Please use designated smoking areas only.
Due to the nature of real-time reservations, double bookings may occur. Priority will be given to the guest who completed the reservation first.
In the event of a double booking, a full (100%) refund will be issued.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to facilities and property during their stay.
If the reservation name and the payer’s name differ, please contact us in advance.
After completing an online reservation, date or room changes require cancellation and a new reservation.
Personal cooking or heating devices are strictly prohibited, including portable stoves, charcoal, gas cooking equipment, and electric cooking devices.
Use of personal BBQ grills, fire pits, or any private equipment is strictly prohibited.
