Additional guest fee: ₩20,000 per person, per night (applies when exceeding base occupancy)
Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy are not permitted to check in.
Only pre-registered guests are allowed (no visitors).
Minors are not allowed to stay or share rooms without a legal guardian.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only in the Stay Suncheon (Wetland) pension building rooms.
Pets must be under 7 kg.
Pet fee: ₩10,000 per pet (advance reservation required).
Important Notes
The Cozy Two-Room Hanok Stay is for international guests only.
Pets are not allowed in the Cozy Two-Room Hanok Stay.
As this is a traditional hanok made with natural materials, small amounts of earth may occasionally fall.

[Before You Book]
After completing an online real-time reservation,
any date or room changes require canceling the original booking and making a new reservation.
Personal cooking devices are not allowed, including portable burners, charcoal, gas cookers, or electric cooking appliances.
Use of personal BBQ grills, fire pits, or any private equipment is strictly prohibited.
Upon check-out, please separate food waste and trash and dispose of them in the designated areas.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please use designated smoking areas only.
Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate bookings may occur. Priority is given to the guest who completed the reservation first.
In the event of a duplicate booking, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to facilities or items during their stay.
If the name of the reserver and the payer differ, please contact the host in advance.
